Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the first article, the tasks set within the framework of the National Hydrogen Strategy by the new government of Germany were analyzed. Their correlation with the updated goals of Brussels, enshrined in the REPowerEU program was analyzed. Important Projects of Common European Interest with the participation of German companies in the field of hydrogen production and transportation were considered. The second part examines the issues of interstate cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany. Particular attention is paid to the agreements reached by the new coalition government with the United Arab Emirates, India and Canada, African states, emphasizing the role of bilateral chambers in supporting ongoing projects. The issues of scientific cooperation with other countries, primarily with Australia, the Netherlands and Namibia, are considered. The author analyzes the best entrepreneurial hydrogen practices in Germany, among which he highlights the initiatives of the RWE energy company, and assesses the prospects for further implementation of Germany’s plans to create national and European hydrogen markets, including an increase in its imports.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
