Nesta entrevista, o professor Aluizio Trinta nos brinda com rememorações de sua experiência como aluno ouvinte de Marshall McLuhan, na década de 1960, na Universidade de Toronto, no Canadá. Com foco no pensamento socioeducacional do autor, Aluizio traça um paralelo entre os apontamentos teórico- -comunicacionais do canadense, voltados à educação, e a importância da inserção das mídias e seu estudo em sala de aula. Nesse sentido, reflete sobre as confluências desses dois campos, frequentados por McLuhan, e alude aos desafios socioeducativos apresentados pela ambiência hiperconectada, hoje prevalente no cenário tecnológico brasileiro.
