Abstract
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng hội chứng dễ bị tổn thương ở người bệnh cao tuổi bị suy tim điều trị nội trú và một số yếu tố liên quan. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên 306 người bệnh tuổi từ 60 trở lên điều trị nội trú tại khoa Cấp cứu và Trung tâm tim mạch, Bệnh viện Hữu nghị đa khoa Nghệ An, từ tháng 04 năm 2022 - tháng 2 năm 2023.Chẩn đoán suy tim theo Hướng dẫn chẩn đoán và điều trị suy tim cấp và mạn tính, của Bộ Y tế năm 2020. Xác định tình trạng hội chứng dễ bị tổn thương theo thang điểm Edmonton cải tiến-REFS. Kết quả cho thấy, HCDBTT là vấn đề sức khỏe thường gặp ở người bệnh cao tuổi bị suy tim chiếm 58,8%. Kết luận: Tuổi, chỉ số BMI, phân suất tống máu thất trái, suy tim giai đoạn và phân độ NYHA là những yếu tố có liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê đến tỷ lệ mắc HCDBTT ở người bệnh suy tim cao tuổi tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị đa khoa Nghệ An.
