It a great pleasure for us to extend a welcome to all of you who are participating in the 25th International Summer Conference on Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Networking, and Parallel/Distributed Computing (SNPD 2023-Summer), which is being held in Taiyuan, China. The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and the International Association for Computer and Information Science (ACIS), and in-cooperation with North University of China, Taiyuan.
