Este trabalho tem como objetivo a preparação de soluções de materiais orgânicos, a deposição e a caraterização de filmes finos depositados pelas técnicas de spin coating e blade coating.Os materiais utilizados foram o PEDOT [poli(3, e PSS [poli(4-sulfonato de estireno)].O processamento a partir de compostos contendo água como solvente, realizouse em ambiente natural, enquanto que os demais, como P3HT [poli(3hexiltiofeno)] e PC61BM [(6,6 -fenil-C61 ácido butírico-metil ester)] foram processados em ambiente controlado de Nitrogênio.Os dados obtidos a partir da caracterização padrão dos filmes depositados por ambas as técnicas de deposição, são comparados segundo espessura, rugosidade, absorbância e estrutura.Tais comparações justificam alterações nos parâmetros de fabricação, visando aumentar a eficiência e o tempo de vida da célula solar.Este estudo é parte da busca dos parâmetros a serem utilizados na fabricação de Células Solares Orgânicas (CSOs) através da técnica de blade coating, visando a implementação de um sistema otimizado de fabricação.Tratamentos de superfície, filtragem, concentração da solução para formação do filme ativo, velocidade de deposição e processo de fabricação foram estudadas para otimizar o rendimento das CSOs.Estudos morfológicos, ópticos e estruturais realizaram-se em todos os filmes depositados mantendo os mesmos
