Abstract
No final de 2019, o mundo toma conhecimento do novo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2), com o 1º caso da COVID-19 na cidade de Wuhan, China.A doença possui alta capacidade de contágio, essencialmente por gotículas de saliva contaminadas, transmitidas por espirro e tosse ou contato com objetos e superfícies contaminadas.O alto risco de contágio altera drasticamente o cotidiano de muitas pessoas e num cenário de crescimento na transmissão da doença em inúmeros países, inclusive com episódios de transmissão comunitária, ocorre a recomendação de medidas de contenção social proposta por vários países, bem como o Brasil (1) .Marques et al (2020), aponta que em março de 2020, a maioria dos estados brasileiros estava em meio aos debates sobre medidas de segurança a serem adotadas, havia discussões e tensões entre pesquisadores, setor produtivo e governantes, e não obstante outras medidas escolhidas o poder público organiza também o isolamento social (1) .No entanto, para a identificação de violência contra a mulher, o convívio cotidiano e social muitas vezes é o delator da ocorrência de abusos.Com a mudança das prioridades dos serviços de saúde, e com a restrição e/ou interrupção das atividades nas escolas, creches, igrejas, serviços de proteção social, e assistência eletiva, em função das intervenções focadas no amparo aos pacientes com sintomas respiratórios, casos duvidosos e confirmados de COVID-19, casos de agressão a mulher, criança e adolescente foram naturalmente omitidos (1) .Todos os fatores supracitados colaboram e facilitaram o agravo do quadro de violência anteriormente estabelecida.
