Abstract
O objetivo deste artigo foi examinar como os trabalhadores percebem a Indústria 5.0, com foco específico nas apreensões e ansiedades que surgem em resposta às transformações tecnológicas. Este estudo qualitativo fundamenta-se na análise de conteúdo temático de 40 participantes, onde foram identificadas categorias distintas. Essas categorias giram em torno de incertezas sobre o futuro do trabalho na Indústria 5.0, bem como os impactos sociais que essa revolução centrada na automação e na inteligência artificial acarreta. As descobertas ressaltam a importância de uma transição cautelosa para a Indústria 5.0, que exige a implementação de políticas que protejam os direitos trabalhistas, priorizem as habilidades humanas e promovam a inclusão social. É imperativo que governos, empresas e trabalhadores se engajem no diálogo para garantir uma transição justa e equitativa para o futuro do trabalho. Além disso, investimentos em capacitação profissional são indispensáveis para dotar os trabalhadores da qualificação necessária para enfrentar os desafios desta nova era da indústria.
