Abstract

Daun kelor mengadung antioksidan seperti flavonoid, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C dan juga mengandung selenium yang membantu menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Kandungan senyawa flavonoid dalam bentuk terpenoid dalam daun kelor sangat efektif dan lebih aman dalam penurunan kadar gula darah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rata-rata kadar gula dalam darah pada manusia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan infusa daun kelor Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Dalam Darah Pada Manusia Yang Diinduksi Dengan Larutan Dextrose 40%. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian Experiment dengan cara membandingkan antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol berdasarkan paparannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Non Rawat Inap Gilang Tunggal Makarta Kecamatan Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat yang berjumlah 9 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic diketahui Sebelum diberikan 100 ml infusa daun kelor, rata-rata gula darah responden adalah 122,67 dan sesudah diberikan menjadi 120,00 dengan nilai selisih 2,667. Sebelum diberikan 200 ml infusa daun kelor, rata-rata gula darah responden adalah 122,00 dan sesudah diberikan menjadi 118,67 dengan nilai selisih 3,33. Sebelum diberikan Larutan Dextrose 40%, rata-rata gula darah responden adalah 120,33 dan sesudah diberikan menjadi 122,00 dengan nilai selisih 1,667. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi kesehatan dan pengetahuan bagi responden tentang Pengaruh Pemberian Infusa Daun Kelor Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Dalam Darah Pada Manusia Yang Diinduksi Dengan Larutan Dextrose 40%.
