Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Grapari Telkomsel Binjai. Grapari Telkomsel Binjai sebagai pusat layanan produk Telkomsel yang khusus melayani pelanggan Telkomsel di wilayah Binjai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket kepada 70 orang sampel. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) diperoleh sebesar 81,5%, hal ini berarti bahwa variabel independen kualitas pelayanan dan promosi mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 81,5% sedangkan sisanya merupakan variabel yang tidak terungkap. Hasil penelitian pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan test of level 5% menunjukkan secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kemudian promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Grapari Telkomsel Binjai. Grapari Telkomsel Binjai penting melakukan perbaikan dan mengevaluasi cara berpakaian karyawan agar lebih rapi dan terlihat professional serta evaluasi terhadap iklan yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan agar sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan.
