Optimal Design, Simulation, and Sensitivity Analysis of a C-Shaped Axial Flux Switched Reluctance Motor
Bibliographic record
Abstract
This study presents the optimal design, simulation, and sensitivity analysis of a C-Shaped Axial Flux Switched Reluctance Motor (CS-AFSRM). The proposed design includes cuboid rotors and C-shaped stators, so it is called C-core. First, the electromagnetic design of the proposed axial flux motor is evaluated based on the rated values and related relationships. Accordingly, the dimensional parameters of the motor, such as the outer diameter of the motor, the dimensions of the C-core, the number of turns of the coil, and the rotor dimensions, are calculated. Then, to optimize the motor, the genetic algorithm (GA) optimization with an objective function to improve the output power is used. Subsequently, the motor is simulated and evaluated using the finite element method, and some motor characteristics, such as flux density and torque, are determined. Finally, the motor sensitivity analysis is performed. In this case, some initial parameter values of the rotor and stator are varied over a certain time interval to select the optimal state. The comparison of the final proposed design with the original one indicates the better performance of the proposed design.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
