Une communauté de pratique (CdeP) interuniversitaire d’actrices en travail social a vu le jour en juin 2020, regroupant plus d’une vingtaine de membres de six universités québécoises. Son but est d’outiller ses membres pour qu’elles soient en mesure de mieux accompagner les stagiaires en travail social lors du contexte inédit de la pandémie de la COVID-19. Cette CdeP a permis aux différentes actrices (coordonnatrices de stage, agentes de stage, professeures responsables de la formation pratique) d’échanger sur les défis et obstacles rencontrés lors des stages ainsi que sur les pratiques novatrices déployées. Cet article constitue un récit de pratique de cette expérience.
