Packaged In-Phase/Out-of-Phase Printed Multi-Layer Power Dividers
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Microstrip line (MSL) multi-layer structures have been widely used to miniaturize circuits, possibly by half at the cost of narrower bandwidth and high leakage at mm Wave frequency bands. Moreover, phase matching becomes challenging, as the phase linearity differs through different layers. Here, a novel design is presented for MSL multi-layer power dividers with equal power division but different phase outputs. The power is transferred from one layer to another through an elliptic slot on a thick conducting plate. Various slot and matching transformers shapes control the phase difference between the output ports and the input matching bandwidth. To suppress radiation losses and leakage, the structure is packaged by artificial magnetic conductors from the top and bottom. The realized power dividers achieve a phase difference from 0° to$180^{\circ}\pm 6^{\circ}$with a matching input level below -15 dB within 21.8% bandwidth at center frequency 29.75 GHz.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
