Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. One of the basic needs of every human being is a place to live. Providing safe and sustainable settlements is a challenge, especially in urban areas because limited land is not proportional to the high population. One of the large-scale housing developments in Bandung City is in Antapani District. The development are grow rapidly. This makes Antapani currently a high-density area, namely 21,262 people/km2. Over time, various new developments were carried out resulting in significant changes to the settlement area, including the lack of green open space. Apart from that, there is a problem in one of the RW, when it downpour there will be puddles. Therefore, research is needed to identify the level of environmental sustainability in RW 03 Antapani Kidul. This study used scoring analysis and qualitative descriptive technique method with a mixed approach. Based on the analysis, it is known that there are still several variables that aren’t sustainable. The variables that have achieved sustainability are Water Access, Sanitation Access, Habitability, Public Transportation, and Air Quality. As for the unsustainable variables, namely Waste Management, Proportion of Open Space, Disaster, and Use of Eco-friendly Energy.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
