Kepuasan Wisatawan terhadap Kawasan Hutan Mangrove Sebagai Destinasi Wisata Baru

Abstract
Abstract. Mangrove tourism in Central Bangka Regency is a new tourist attraction in the province of Bangka Belitung. Good tourism is tourism that is able to provide satisfaction, comfort and safety for its users. Even though tourists are actually satisfied, there is hope that tourists want for tourist objects to be better. This is done in order to meet the expectations of visitors to mangrove tourism. This study aims to measure the level of tourist satisfaction with the mangrove forest area in Kurau Village, Koba District, Central Bangka Regency. The analytical method used is Import and Performance Analysis (IPA) and qualitative descriptive analysis. Primary data was obtained through field observations, interviews and questionnaires from 100 respondents. The results of the IPA analysis show that the level of agreement between tourists' expectations and ratings ranges from 77.78% - 83.93%. Tourist perceptions tend to be lower than their expectations. The results of this study emphasize the need for improvements and enhancements to the attributes that are a top priority for tourists. The recommendations put forward include improving the condition of mangrove forests, paying attention to traffic signs, ensuring the accessibility of adequate telecommunications signals, providing bridge facilities, maintaining the cleanliness and quality of toilets, and providing adequate electricity and security posts. The government also needs to maintain and improve performance indicators that are considered good by tourists, as well as encourage visitor participation in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of tourist objects. It is hoped that the results of this study can encourage continuous improvement and improvement to increase tourist satisfaction with the mangrove forest area in Kurau Village as an attractive tourist destination.

Wisata mangrove di Kabupeten Bangka Tengah merupakan salah satu objek wisata baru di provinsi di Bangka Belitung .Wisata yang baik adalah wisata yang mampu memberikan kepuasan, kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi penggunanya. Walaupun sebenernya wisatawan sudah puas tapi ada harapan yang diinginkan oleh wisatawan terhadap objek wisata untuk menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini dilakukan agar memenuhi harapan pengunjung terhadap wisata mangrove. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kawasan hutan mangrove di Desa Kurau, Kecamatan Koba, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Importand Performance Analysis (IPA) dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan kuisioner dari 100 responden. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan dan penilaian wisatawan berkisar antara 77.78% - 83.93%. Persepsi wisatawan cenderung lebih rendah daripada harapan mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan perlunya perbaikan dan peningkatan pada atribut-atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama bagi wisatawan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi perbaikan kondisi hutan mangrove, pemerhatian terhadap rambu lalu lintas, memastikan aksesibilitas sinyal telekomunikasi yang memadai, penyediaan fasilitas jembatan, menjaga kebersihan dan kualitas toilet, serta menyediakan fasilitas listrik dan pos keamanan yang memadai. Pemerintah juga perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja indikator-indikator yang dinilai baik oleh wisatawan, serta mendorong partisipasi pengunjung dalam menjaga kebersihan dan ketertiban objek wisata. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat mendorong perbaikan dan peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kawasan hutan mangrove di Desa Kurau sebagai destinasi wisata yang menarik.
