Abstract. Summarecon Bandung is part of "Bandung Teknopolis," which is the vision of the Regional Government of Bandung City to realize a modern and integrated city. The development of Summarecon Bandung will result in an increase in the need for general goods and services, which are the responsibility of the Regional Government and affect its finances. The purpose of this study is to identify the expenditure and revenue of the Regional Government as a result of the construction of SDI Al-Azhar 62 Summarecon and as a form of Regional Government responsibility in meeting community needs. In the analysis, the procedure used is a special procedure with the Case Study analysis method. From the results of the study for a period of 20 years, Regional Government spending amounted to Rp. 12,409,550,895, namely to fulfill the need for general goods and services. Meanwhile, regional government revenues amounted to Rp. 5,326,309,130, sourced from licensing, taxation, and regional levies. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the construction of SDI Al-Azhar 62 Summarecon can potentially burden local government funding.
 Abstrak. Summarecon Bandung sebagai bagian dari "Bandung Teknopolis" yang merupakan visi Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bandung untuk mewujudkan kota modern dan terintegrasi. Dengan adanya pembangunan Summarecon Bandung akan berakibat terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan barang dan jasa umum yang menjadi tanggung jawab Pemerintah Daerah dan mempengaruhi keuangannya. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengeluaran dan penerimaan Pemerintah Daerah akibat adanya pembangunan SDI Al-Azhar 62 Summarecon dan sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab Pemerintah Daerah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam analisis, Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu prosedur khusus dengan metode analisis Case Study, Dari hasil studi untuk kurun waktu 20 tahun, pengeluaran Pemerintah Daerah sebesar Rp12.409.550.895 yaitu untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan barang dan jasa umum. Sedangkan penerimaan Pemerintah daerah sebesar Rp.5.326.309.130 yang bersumber dari perizinan, perpajakan, dan retribusi daerah. Berdasarkan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembangunan SDI Al-Azhar 62 Summarecon dapat berpotensi membebani pembiayaan pemerintah daerah.
