Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum dalam pelayanan usaha jasa salon kecantikan, dan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis bentuk tanggungjawab salon kecantikan apabila terjadi kerugian terhadap konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normative emipris. Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen Diana SPA Mataram yaitu perlindungan hukum perventif dan represif.. Sedangkan bentuk tanggung jawab hukum bagi salon kecantikan apabila terjadi kerugian yang dialami konsumen (Diana SPA Mataram) apabila pelaku usaha jasa salon melanggar ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.
