Abstract
Perencanaan anggaran biaya suatu proyek konstruksi sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan aliran dana dari owner ke kontraktor, dan dari kontraktor ke pihak-pihak ketiga seperti supplier dan tenaga kerja. Kelancaran dari aliran dana ini tentunya berpengaruh besar terhadap proses proyek di lapangan. kadangkala aliran tunai yang masuk tidak sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun. Hal ini tentunya mengganggu cash flow dari kontraktor dalam menyelesaikan rencana sesuai time schedule. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besaran biaya upah tenaga kerja yang dibayarkan setiap 2 minggu sekali dan biaya material yang dibayarkan setiap 1 bulan sekali. Kebutuhan biaya untuk pembayaran upah tenaga kerja setiap 2 minngu sekali, dengan biaya minimal sebesar Rp. 22.100.000,-, biaya maksimal sebesar Rp. 99.300.000,-, dan total kebutuhan biaya upah tenaga kerja secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp. 541.300.000,-. Kebutuhan biaya untuk pembayaran material setiap 1 bulan sekali, dengan biaya minimal sebesar Rp. 66.700.000,-, biaya maksimal sebesar Rp. 418.200.000,-, dan total kebutuhan biaya material secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp. 1.263.400.000,-.
