Abstract
La crise financière de 2008 a mis en exergue certaines faiblesses des banques et de la réglementation applicable connue sous le nom de Bâle II. En décembre 2010, le Comité de Bâle a présenté ses propositions, qui devraient augmenter la résilience du secteur bancaire face aux crises économiques et financières. Leur introduction par les législateurs nationaux est prévue sur une période de 5 ans à partir de 2013. Cette nouvelle réglementation aura une influence notable sur les banques et en particulier sur les banques coopératives qui de par leur organisation devront veiller au respect de Bâle III à tous les niveaux de leur organisation, ce qui pose en particulier la question de la gestion de la circulation des capitaux et des ressources de ces organisations. Des produits de marchés et des financements structurés peuvent apporter, en partie, une réponse à certaines préoccupations des banques coopératives.
