Abstract
L’article résume l’expérience marketing dans les compagnies d’assurance algériennes et analyse les possibilités d’application de cette discipline. Il met l’accent sur la nécessité pour ces compagnies d’investir dans le marketing pour développer et vulgariser les produits de l’assurance vie, et inciter les ménages à y souscrire. L’Algérie, caractérisée par une situation socio économique et culturelle spécifique, n’est pas nécessairement favorable au développement de ce produit. Pour ce faire, des changements sont nécessaires, que ce soit dans une nouvelle approche client, l’amélioration du service après vente, l’indemnisation rapide, les démarches commerciales agressives, les nouveaux canaux de distribution, l’innovation dans tout le processus structurel, organisationnel et dans les produits… etc. Ce sont autant de défis pour le marketing, afin de permettre aux compagnies d’assurance de repositionner les produits d’assurance vie et leur permettre de se développer. Ce travail se propose, à partir de l’analyse des données recueillies et du contexte institutionnel, économique et social actuel, d’étudier les conditions de réussite d’une politique marketing-mix qui permettent le développement de la branche assurance vie en Algérie.
