Ce texte traite des enjeux relatifs aux écarts de rémunération entre les hommes et les femmes. Il a pour objet l’inclusion des caractéristiques du travail à prédominance féminine dans les systèmes de rémunération afin de mieux mettre en valeur l’apport de ce travail dans l’atteinte des objectifs de l’organisation. Cette recherche mobilise la littérature sur la notion de valeur comparable, d’égalité, d’équité salariale et de ségrégation professionnelle. Complémentaire aux mesures d’intégration relatives à l’emploi, nous proposons à partir de méthodes d’évaluation des emplois, d’enrichir, à partir de différentes déclinaisons, les facteurs et sous-facteurs d’évaluation de caractéristiques associés au travail à prédominance féminine trop souvent oubliés ou sous-estimés. Cette proposition est suivi d’une illustration concrète d’une démarche de mise en œuvre de l’égalité salariale entre les hommes et les femmes à partir d’un cas illustratif. Nous contribuons ainsi à améliorer l’égalité de la rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes au regard des exigences légales en proposant un canevas de démarche à réaliser en entreprise pour renforcer le sentiment de justice et l’égalité salariale.
