En 1988 la revue du Réseau International de la CIDIH a publié cet article de Philip Wood dans le Volume 1, numéro 1 intitulé « Vers une CIDIH officielle en 1991 - Bulletin du CQCIDIH ». Il nous fait plaisir de republier l’article de Monsieur Wood qui avait participé aux consultations organisées par le réseau international pour proposer une révision du 3 e niveau de la CIDIH pour parler de ses origines. Conférence prononcée le 2 juin 1987 lors de la journée précongrès consacrée à la CIDIH.
