sTreszczenieU chorych z przebytymi polekowymi reakcjami nadwrażliwości przeprowadzane są procedury diagnostyczne i terapeutyczne, które wiążą się z kontrolowaną ekspozycją na czynnik przyczynowy, a przez to z ryzykiem wywołania objawów nadwrażliwości.W dokumencie przedstawiono wymagania niezbędne do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa tych procedur.Opisano punktowe testy skórne, testy śródskórne i płatkowe, prowokacje lekami, w tym kwasem acetylosalicylowym oraz desensytyzację lekami.W ocenie poszczególnych procedur wyróżniono pacjentów wysokiego i zwykłego ryzyka, uwzględniono wskazania i przeciwwskazania oraz sytuacje szczególne, takie jak ciąża, mastocytoza, stosowanie β-blokerów i ACEI.Zalecenia sformułowano w odniesieniu do wyposażenia i miejsca wykonywania danej procedury, czasu obserwacji chorego po jej zakończeniu, jak również kwalifikacji personelu.słowa kluczowe alergia na leki, bezpieczeństwo, desensytyzacja,
