Abstract
Le concept des SAT prend racine depuis quelques années et constitue une matrice porteuse pour envisager des systèmes alimentaires plus respectueux de la diversité culturelle et biologique et mieux à même de servir les différents aspects de la sécurité alimentaire. Pour l'heure, le droit fait peu partie des recherches pluridisciplinaires qui mèneront à l'effectivité de ces systèmes. Cet article rend compte des différents rôles que peut jouer le droit pour l'élaboration des SAT et présente quelques-uns des défis que cela pose du point de vue juridique.
