Abstract
Einsparungen durch energiesparendes Trocknen Mit der Kondensationstrocknung auf Wärmepumpenbasis können Anwender ihren Energie-und CO 2 -Verbrauch enorm reduzieren.Wer seine konventionellen Trockner ausrangiert und sich für modernste Trocknungstechnologie entscheidet, dem sind beim Einsatz von Technologie des Anlagenbauers Harter hohe Einsparungen garantiert.Seit 2017 werden Kondensationstrockner auf Wärmepumpenbasis in der D-A-CH Region staatlich bezuschusst.Dass Produkte vollständig trocken werden und das innerhalb einer kurzen Taktzeit, können Betreiber mit der Kondensationstrocknung auf Wärmepumpenbasis endlich realisieren.Schüttgüter werden homogen durchgetrocknet, Oberflächen sind nach der Trocknung fleckenfrei.Das liegt mitunter auch an den schonenden und niedrigen Prozesstemperaturen zwischen 40 und 75 °C.Harter-Trockner sind allesamt lufttechnisch geschlossene Systeme.Sie arbeiten gänzlich abluftfrei und sind damit auch von Jahreszeiten unabhängig.Auch bleiben die Produktionsräume und die Mitarbeitenden von thermischen Belastungen verschont.Harter-Trockner eigen sich für Chargensysteme ebenso wie für kontinuierliche Prozesse.Ebenso wird die Technologie für die Trocknung von vorentwässerten Industrieschlämmen eingesetzt, um Gewicht und Volumen der Schlämme zu reduzieren.Durch die Schlammtrocknung ergeben sich Einsparungen bei Entsorgungs-und Transportkosten von bis zu 60 %.
