A leitura desse pequeno livro não é fácil. Navega-se com o autor por um conjunto de pequenos ensaios que entrelaçam temas e disciplinas diferentes, permeados por sólidas concordâncias e discordâncias nem sempre totalmente desvendadas, ensaios que atravessam campos de reflexão como a filosofia e a psicanálise, que tangenciam considerações sociológicas e políticas, em busca de linhas mestras que permitam compreender condições objetivas, desdobramentos e densidades que conformam subjetividades, relações de alteridade nubladas ou obscurecidas, suas mediações contemporâneas, inclusive aquelas compostas pelas tecnologias digitais.
