Abstract

La projectification, c’est-à-dire l’augmentation de l’organisation du travail par projet, se produit dans toutes les industries. En conséquence, de nombreuses organisations du secteur culturel passent d’une organisation permanente à un travail par projet. Ce contexte pose des défis pour la gestion des organisations du secteur culturel qui suivent pour la plupart une logique d’organisations permanentes plus stables. En réalisant une analyse longitudinale d’une exposition temporaire, nous effectuons une analyse de réseaux sociaux combinée à des entretiens qualitatifs pour comprendre les ressorts d’une économie de prototype. Notre cas montre un exemple réussi de gestion par prototypes, ce qui constitue la base au passage d’une gestion par projet plus permanente.
