Resumo Objetivo O presente estudo teve por objetivo caracterizar o perfil e a formação profissional dos enfermeiros com especialidade em pediatria e neonatologia no cenário brasileiro. Métodos Trata-se de um estudo descritivo exploratório, cuja coleta de dados foi realizada mediante questionário eletrônico autoaplicável. Para análise dos dados aplicou-se a estatística descritiva.
