Abstract
INTRODUO:A sfilis uma doena prevenvel, de evoluo crnica e, por vezes, assintomtica, transmitida atravs do contato sexual, via vertical ou transfuso sangunea contaminada.A triagem sorolgica essencial no diagnstico e tratamento precoce, em especial durante a gestao, uma vez que a contaminao pela bactria Treponema pallidum aumenta os riscos de abortamento, parto prematuro, morte fetal e malformaes.OBJETIVOS: Descrever a taxa de deteco de sfilis em gestantes e o perfil epidemiolgico nos anos de 2020 e 2021.METODOLOGIA: Estudo ecolgico (observacional e transversal), realizado atravs do Sistema de Informao de Agravos de Notificao (SINAN/DATASUS).Foram analisados o nmero de casos confirmados de sfilis em gestantes e seu perfil
