L'enseignement distance (EAD) est devenu pratiquement universel dans les universits ds l'arrive de la COVID-19.Ce compte rendu d'exprience prsente l'impact des pratiques d'EAD acquises par le personnel enseignant en temps de pandmie et poursuivi de retour l'enseignement en prsentiel.Les analyses quantitatives et qualitatives d'une tude mene en 2020-2021 auprs du personnel enseignant d'une universit, en trois temps, informent sur l'volution de l'EAD et du sentiment d'efficacit personnelle, permettant de dgager les perspectives postpandmiques de rinvestissements technopdagogiques.Comme l'une des personnes participantes l'a soulign, notre faon d'enseigner a chang pour toujours .
