Abstract
Colleges and universities are important talent incubation bases in China. At this stage, with the continuous development of society and the increasing competitive pressure from all walks of life, for college students, the overall employment pressure is also gradually increasing, and the overall employment situation is relatively severe. How to stabilize their own development and improve their employment strength under such a background is very important for college students. The premise of this goal is that students should have high professional psychological quality, such as correct professional interest, distinct professional personality, good professional mood and so on, so that they can quickly adapt to the job requirements after entering the post.
