L’alimentation durable en France : enjeux de politisation et de communication

Abstract
Cette contribution traite les dimensions durables des politiques et discours alimentaires en France. La montée en puissance ces dernières années de l’alimentation durable et de sa médiatisation provoque un glissement paradigmatique du bien au bon à manger entraînant des changements de politiques publiques et de représentations sociales. Cette recherche est réalisée dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre d’une politique territoriale d’une métropole française de taille moyenne autour de l’alimentation durable. Un appareillage méthodologique combinatoire (analyse des discours, entretiens semi-directifs, groupes de discussions, enquêtes en ligne) est ici déployé pour, dans un premier temps, saisir les discours mis en circulation dans l’espace public et médiatique concernant l’alimentation durable. Dans un second temps, il s’agit de saisir les pratiques, les enjeux de représentations sociales et de mettre en œuvre un dispositif participatif permettant une reconfiguration des politiques publiques à un niveau local dans une logique de démocratie alimentaire. L’ensemble du travail permet de souligner les dimensions politiques et communicationnelles de l’alimentation durable.
