Abstract
This chapter analyses the practice of private regulation, enforcement and dispute resolution in the context of the Digital Services Act. It argues that the Digital Services Act has launched a process of constitutionalising, regulation and institutional governance of private ordering practices that might serve as a blueprint for future reform in other jurisdictions.
