Abstract
The MSW composting plants of Lantic(France) and Sorel (Canada) produce good composts regarding all specifications of French standards in terms of impurities, heavy metals and pesticides. The future is going well but we have to improve the process. / Les usines de Lantic (22) et de Sorel Tracy (Canada) produisent des composts qui répondent à toutes les spécifications de la norme NF U44 051 en termes d'impuretés, de métaux lourds, de pesticides et de composés traces organiques. L'avenir de la filière s'éclaircit mais il convient de faire encore mieux.
