Abstract
Modifier sa constitution est parmi les actes les plus importants auxquels peut s’adonner une société démocratique, d’autant plus lorsque celle-ci se compose de différentes communautés politiques. C’est précisément là l’enjeu qui nous intéresse dans le présent ouvrage : celui de la révision constitutionnelle dans les sociétés fragmentées que sont la Belgique, le Canada et la Suisse.
