Abstract
Serving as General Chairs of the conference has been a great honor and privilege.From its inception, the IEEE MASS conference series has been a premier forum for researchers and practitioners to share important results and innovations in mobile ad-hoc and intelligent systems research and technology.The conference program this year spans three days, including two and half days of the main conference followed by halfday workshops.The main conference features paper presentations, three distinguished keynotes, and a poster and demo session.
