Abstract
Депопуляция сельских территорий в России является следствием социально-экономических проблем, характерных для села. Поэтому внимание государства к политике развития сельских территорий повышается. Разработка эффективных программ в данной области основывается на исследовании проблем сельского развития, которое неизбежно связано с изучением существующего опыта. В данной работе представлен критический анализ накопленного опыта в области управления сельскими территориями в различных странах. Целью статьи является обобщение и сравнительная характеристика подходов и методов управления развитием сельских территорий в России, Евросоюзе, США, Канаде и Китае. В данных странах накоплен достаточно большой опыт в исследуемой области, положительные аспекты которого заслуживают внимания. Полученные результаты исследования можно использовать как методическую основу при разработке отдельных положений политики сельского развития. Результаты сравнительного анализа подходов, реализуемых в различных странах, по ключевым индикаторам могут стать основой в выборе направлений развития сельских территорий. Depopulation of rural territories in Russia is the consequence of characteristic social and economic problems. So, the state pays much attention to the development of rural territories. The development of effective programs is based on the study problems of development. The analysis of the experience in rural territories management in various countries is presented. The aim of the work is a comparative analysis of deferent approaches and methods of rural territories development management in Russia, European Union, USA, Canada and China. The results of the study can be used as basic methods of rural development policy.
