a formulation de revendications identitaires dans l'entreprise n'est pas un phénomène nouveau.Dans les années 2000, quelques affaires retentissantes impliquant des salariés ayant fait état de leurs convictions religieuses pour modifier leurs conditions de travail (exigence de salles de prière, refus de succéder à une femme sur un poste de travail, etc.) avaient incité des sociétés comme la RATP à mettre au point des dispositifs de prévention de ces situations et d'accompagnement des managers.Après des années de relative accalmie, le phénomène reparaît, sous une forme différente.Sous l'effet conjugué d'un individualisme croissant, d'un renversement du rapport de force sur le marché du travail et d'un renouvellement des générations, se font jour, au sein de l'entreprise, de nouvelles exigences, portées par l'idéologie woke.Il s'agit d'un enjeu décisif, qui requiert des traitements délicats, auxquels les équipes managériales sont souvent mal préparées.
