El presente texto se dedica a describir y estudiar el impacto de la pandemia por COVID-19 en la impartición de justicia para el caso particular de la Ciudad de México, puesto que el Poder Judicial de la Ciudad de México hubo de enfrentarse a desafíos derivados de los daños y secuelas que la enfermedad por COVID-19 dejó en un número considerable de personas, además de la reorganización de las jornadas laborales en las instituciones e justicia. El mejoramiento de la impartición de justicia fue mejorando a medida que se tomó control de la pandemia.
