(2023) presented their analyses of the facies, sequence stratal surfaces, sequence stratigraphy and detrital zircons in the Jurassic to Lower Cretaceous succession of the northern Richardson Mountains and adjacent Mackenzie Delta. Their data consists of four field sections in the mountains and subsurface exploration wells in the delta (fig. 1 in Millar et al., 2023). My main concern is their stratigraphic interpretation of the Lower Cretaceous Kamik Formation in the one section they measured at Grizzly Gorge and its correlation into the subsurface of Mackenzie Delta.
