Trata-se de um relato de experiência sobre uma extensão internacional que ocorreu na Universidade Católica de Santiago del Estero, com apoio da UEMS, Programa Institucional de Apoio Financeiro à Mobilidade Nacional e Internacional, (PIAFmob – UEMS), tendo como tema a violência obstétrica. Durante o período de um mês, houve a transmissão de conhecimento a respeito da violência obstétrica, por meio de pesquisa e atividades na universidade. Como contribuições, entende-se que a difusão de conhecimento proporcionada durante a mobilidade internacional, possa além de ajudar a identificação da violência obstétrica, possibilitar a prevenção, nos períodos de gestação, parto e pós parto.
