Abstract
Perencanaan proyek merupakan langkah awal dalam pengelolaan sumber daya, dana, dan waktu yang sudah ditetaokan untuk menyeleseaikan proyek. Proyek pembanguan Rumah Susun Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri Mpu Kuturan Singaraja merupakan proyek yang sudah terlaksana namun belum memiliki perencanaan eksisting. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba membuat perencanaan sesuai dengan metode yang sudah dipelajari. Perencanaan ini terdiri atas Rencana Metode Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi, Rencana Jadwal Pelaksanaan Proyek Dengan Metode Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), Rencana Biaya Pelaksanaan (RBP), Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), dan Jadwal Prestasi Dengan Metode Kurva S.
