Abstract
I contratti di lavoro flessibile costituiscono un elemento comune ai diversi ordinamenti giuridici e rispondono all'esigenza di adeguare i processi produttivi alle fluttuazioni dei mercati. Alle tradizionali tipologie di contratti di lavoro flessibile si sono aggiunte di recente altre forme di flessibilità che derivano dalle tecnologie digitali e da modelli organizzativi d'impresa che sfuggono alle tradizionali coordinate spazio-temporali della prestazione. Il volume intende offrire un'approfondita disamina, attraverso contributi di eminenti studiosi di entrambi i Paesi, delle discipline dei contratti di lavoro flessibile vigenti in Italia e in Brasile che se, da un lato, si caratterizzano per numerosi elementi di divergenza, dall'altro, evidenziano importanti punti di convergenza.
