Abstract
The presence of works authored by women artists in the collection of Pinacoteca da UFPB is quantitatively lower than the markers of male artists.This article is dedicated to analyzing the work entitled "Impressão erro" ( 2019) by Paraiba artist Cris Peres, which reflects on the relationship between art and life, based on the integration with the artistic language of contemporary printmaking, inserted in the catalog of Pinacoteca da UFPB, published in 2021.The choice of this section reaffirms the importance of highlighting works by women artists in public collections of visual arts.We used documentary and qualitative research through the case study Minayo (2001) and Yin (2005), with a feminist focus.The methodological resources outlined the paths of the work studied in the cataloged collection of the Pinacoteca da UFPB.
