Efektivitas kerja adalah kemampuan untuk memilih tujuan tertentu dan penyelesaian pekerjaan tepat pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Komunikasi, Pemberdayaan Pegawai dan Pendelegasian Wewenang terhadap Efektivitas Kerja di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 pegawai tetap dengan metode simple ramdom sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi, Pemberdayaan Pegawai dan Pendelegasian Wewenang berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja secara signifikan. Pemberdayaan Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja secara signifikan. Dan Pendelegasian Wewenang berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja Kata Kunci: komunikasi, pemberdayaan pegawai, pendelegasian wewenang, efektivitas kerja
