Abstract
Cet article vise à esquisser quatre scénarios d’intégration de la recherche-création (RC) dans l’organisation universitaire. Cette intégration pose des défis qui, le plus souvent, sont considérés sur le plan épistémologique mettant en concurrence la connaissance produite par la RC avec celle produite par les autres formes de recherche qui ont défini l’université moderne. Pourtant, considérée sous l’angle de l’organisation administrative du travail scientifique, l’émergence de la RC soulève des problèmes dont l’urgence justifie de réfléchir aux modalités de son intégration. L’exercice de prospective proposé ici souligne la fécondité de ce regard organisationnel et présente un cadre méthodologique permettant de tirer partie du travail créatif en recherche. Les scénarios imaginés soulignent la nature et la diversité des formes organisationnelles auxquelles peut mener l’intégration universitaire de la RC.
