Abstract
L’avocat en droit social, Cédric de Romanet, revient sur le développement récent de la notion de préjudice d’anxiété à partir de la situation des travailleurs exposés à l’amiante et d’une action en justice menée par le syndicat CFDT des mineurs de Lorraine. Si la notion de préjudice d’anxiété traduit une évolution du droit des risques professionnels vers la prévention et permettrait d’articuler dommages corporels et psychiques, son application rencontre une série d’obstacles.
