Abstract
La formation d'une nouvelle gnration d'enseignants du secondaire au Maroc Formation et profession 31(2) 2023 1 sum Le Maroc a dclench en 2016 une nouvelle rforme de formation des enseignants dans un contexte caractris par une faiblesse des performances des apprenants et un dpart massif des enseignants la retraite. Son instauration a t accompagne par de multiples substitutions et regroupements. Cet article bas sur la mtaanalyse d'un corpus compos de documents officiels et de recherches dresse un bilan de diffrentes actions de formation. Les rsultats rvlent une diversit des tablissements impliqus ; l'avantage du modle conscutif ; une volution des contenus de la formation prsentielle ; une formation pratique suivie par plusieurs acteurs ; et une formation distance dficiente quand il s'agit de l'amlioration des comptences.
