PDF | Este trabalho descreve todo o processo da intervenção de manutenção na Unidade de Separação de Ar da Air Liquide Brasil de Paulínia para substituição do trecho inferior da Coluna de Média Pressão N67. Este procedimento se fez necessário para que fosse possível a recuperação da capacidade de produção de Oxigênio da Planta, perdida após uma despressurização ocorrida na Coluna N67. A realização deste projeto exigiu a formação de uma equipe multidisciplinar internacional, para investigação do problema, desenvolvimento da solução, elaboração de projeto básico e detalhado, aquisição de materiais e equipamentos, montagem, testes e start-up da Planta. O ineditismo desta intervenção, as soluções adotadas e os resultados obtidos após a conclusão do trabalho são a prova da capacidade de realização e da qualidade do corpo técnico da Air Liquide Brasil.
