HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI TERHADAP MINAT KUNJUNGAN K4 PADA IBU HAMIL

Abstract
Cakupan pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil K4 di Indonesia pada tahun 2006 sampai dengan tahun 2019 cenderung meningkat. Capaian tahun 2019 telah mencapai target yaitu sebesar 88,54%. Proporsi pemeriksaan kehamilan K4 di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2018 yaitu 74,12%. Salah satu dukungan yang dapat mempengaruhi kunjungan K4 yaitu dukungan suami. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami terhadap minat kunjungan K4 pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedung Surian Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Gedung Surian periode Desember 2021 berjumlah 34 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan 20 pernyataan dan buku KIA untuk mengobservasi kunjungan K4. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 21 (61,8%) responden mendapatkan dukungan suami dan 20 (58,8%) responden tidak melakukan kunjungan K4 dengan baik. Hasil uji bivariat didapatkan p value 0,015 < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan dukungan suami terhadap minat kunjungan K4 pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedung Surian Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2021. Disarankan ibu hamil dapat mengerti manfaat dari kunjungan K4 dan dapat mengetahui resiko jika tidak melakukan kunjungan secara rutin, dan disarankan untuk suami memberi dukungan kepada ibu hamil untuk melakukan secara rutin
