Abstract
A Eczema atópica é uma dermatose inflamatória cutânea, que se caracteriza principalmente por lesões eczematosas e prurido intenso.A eczema atópica não possui cura, mas existe uma ampla diversidade de tratamentos para o controle, diminuição dos sintomas e melhora da qualidade de vida dos pacientes, sendo a Fototerapia uma dessas forma de tratamento.Esse artigo tem como objetivo compreendê-la como uma opção de tratamento para dermatite atópica e constatar sua eficácia.Trata-se de um revisão integrativa de literatura onde foram analisados 18 artigos que abordassem o tema entre os anos de 2006 e 2022, presentes nas bases de pesquisa Biblioteca virtual em Saúde e Pubmed.Percebe-se que a Fototerapia é utilizada como um procedimento de segunda linha, que apresenta resultados positivos no tratamento de DA, destacando maior eficiência no uso da Radiação Ultravioleta B narrowband.Apesar de apresentar resultados benéficos aos pacientes, ainda não há estudos suficientes na área para concluir sua eficiência no tratamento de Eczema Atópica.
